Get your children Immunized!

The St. Charles County Department of Community Health is helping Wentzville School District students who need required immunizations before they can start the new school year. On Tuesday, August 9, the immunization clinic (1650 Boone's Lick Road, St. Charles, MO 63301) will be open to walk-ins from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is no charge for students in the Wentzville School District, and children will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (with proof of guardianship) and bring a current immunization record or school vaccine letter.

The St. Charles County Department of Community Health will only administer the immunizations required for school admittance. Information will be available on other vaccines that students may be age-eligible for, but those will require a regularly scheduled appointment at a later date. Hopefully this will help to alleviate the need for any students to be held out of school. If you have any questions about the program, please contact the Health Department at 636-949-1857.
